From my experience of takeovers and the normal timing
From today till 15 Feb will be make or break.

The key thing is the Independent scoping study share price valuation if AHR expect to get a fair price

This being the independent justification for the appropriate bid.

Being fair to shareholders we either need a takeover or a very clear S.M.A.R.T. direction from the AHR board which I believe includes an immediate restructure.

Please remember AHRs shareprice was around $0.16 prior to the takeover and thanks to the takeover now $0.275. With an outstanding Antimony resource the share price & SPP should have been around $0.30. Directors please explain.

The share price will be decimated if we don?t have action.

I expressed my thoughts clearly as had others to the M & A consultants.

Loyalty is one thing but the buyer may be successful due to Shareholder frustration.
