A couple of weeks ago wcl announced they have extended the share trading closed period until approx late April.
So I would expect the GSA should be announced no later than this date, and maybe this buys the wcl board time to seek further takeover offers or negotiate with landbridge on a more realistic offer.

Seems odd that both directors Mitchell and carol resigned after the 7th of February when landbridge first approached wcl. Good corporate governance would restrict directors from trading stock hence the exodus in my opinion.

Let's hope these ex directors are shopping their stock to various parties, looking for a premium to the landbridge offer. They may do us all a favour if they can start a bidding war.

So I think the next 5 weeks should be interesting.
