Oops - I used the gas dollar value but was thinking the same . Roc could be some of Beibu , the could strike a deal to buy some today and some later , they could issue some shares at a premium to the seller as consideration ( been done before)
The good thing though is Roc would be in the box seat , as the operator and buyer from an semi forced seller .
Additionally as an asset in production the purchase price can be recouped quickly from Revenue generated .
Bare in mind within 12 -18 months they will have another 50 m usd from the RSC and cash this year is likely to grow by 30 m usd
