353m for HZNs Beibu share - yeah right . That would put ROC value of Beibu at 256 m for ROC making beibu and half it's cash equal to its market cap . I think HZN 2 p reserves for Beibu would be around 6m barrels . So I would say 180m would be a reasonable price. If Roc were bullish about Beibu then maybe they would pay 40 per 2p boe to reflect the resources soon to be converted but I can't see them paying more than their market cap for a 1.25 times more of an asset they already own
If they do pick up Beibu - that should take prediction to circa 16000 bopd
Wouldn't be adverse to them buying Maari as well but wouldn't want to see more than 12 dollars per barrel - but I doubt roc would want it
Feel a lot more comfortable that Roc doesn't seem to be launching a hostile bid for HZN - acquiring Beibu would be perfect.
