the company would be in constant contact with their larger shareholders (normally Top 5), so no doubt if Crown Financial fall within that, they can get a take on why they are accumulating quite possibly.

Remember these guys are ex investment bankers. Who knows they may be behind the scenes with SRF management looking to take a stake in the company for ? cents/share for so many shares and then SRF using that money to improve the bottom line or it's a complete takeover at a certain cents/share obviously at a higher premium.
