Wonder why HZN has not been approached since it is such a great undervalued company?..... maybe there is one coming.
The merger deed stipulates that ROC/ HZN must inform each other of an approach by a 3rd party.
Can the ROC board reject a change of control cash bid for ROC ( if they receive a legitimate binding one) at say 55 cents when they were happy to orchestrate a change of control of ROC oil through this reverse takeover when the share price was under 50 cents?
