or should that be 'Depending on' the results or 'Reliant on' even?
Methinks the results of that meeting may be crucial to the two serious proponents or bidders.
The ROC webcast is at 9AM as I recall.

Etherazer you raise a good point, hopefully if a new board is elected we can move on with the sale. All this analysis of ROC's assets might help to bring in a third suitor (slight chuckle). Bring on the bidding war I say.
