    If I was the collective mind of the WCL Board I would be thinking (in relation to the proposed bid).

    "Don't stuff us around with this Due Diligence crap again, make an unconditional offer at the right price or p*ss off."

    This sentiment has or will be conveyed and I have a hunch you will see a firm offer in the very near future.
