possible reason for delay

oil value now on the up
if the offer was low i suspect it would have opened today
as it has not they are valuing the company..
1/ in part
and
2/ as a whole
expect value increase
1/ if it goes ahead a certainty
and
2/ if it does not goes ahead the offer price will be the starting point for the next run!
