From a shareholders perspective it is best this takeover does proceed as it appears the company is not faring too well under its own steam!
Wattyl are again offering their distributors lumpy discounts off their (already low prices) trade prices for orders placed/delivered during June.
Not a good sign when a company resorts to attempting to drag forward future sales into the current reporting period!!
