It is often a defining company moment when they make a decision one way or the other.
If Kim walks, it sends the message that shareholders are no 1.
If Kim goes after it and overpays, then it shows that egos are paramount.
I agree with you gself, I hope for KZL's sake they walk away.
History has shown us that companies that believe that the good times will go forever and overpay often regret it. (Think Rio and OZL).
For a miner, having a strong lazy balance sheet is excellent insurance for the shocks that resource companies experiance.
