The sp has risen 40% on the back of this proposal. Do you really believe that there was any hope of a rise prior to today, bearing in mind that CEN has little cash left and virtually no hope of a successful raising without massive dilution.
The directors have little choice other than to accept, unless a "white knight" appears.
