One of my best investments is SLK. Very well managed.
They have added growth with wise aquisitions, not paying over the top and with equity bringing the previous owners on board.
The big opportunity now is in the accommodation sector. Mantra has been swallowed up by Accor so there will be resorts that would go well under Australian management that might become available. It really is a case of seeing how SLK go bedding down the Kingfisher Bay Resort and how they work the synergies with their Kangaroo Island properties.
Simply Wall Street values SLK at nearly $6. I rate them even higher so long as current management is there.
Lets hope the bid is defeated.
