Takeover game theory, page-2

It is an interesting topic. I invested in HUB24 at the same time as PPS and got out with over a 200% profit as they hit $3.00. They are now over 4 with an 8% I raise today on announcing their results. They have less FUM than PPS and are just turning to profit. I get they have a smaller issue of shares, but PPS must look attractive as a takeover target with their track record to date.
Once they have turned around the UK operations they will be ship shape. I'm a long term holder, and was expecting them to make some takeover bid a while back - I still think they will but only a small UK SIPP player per their announced strategy.
