The offer from peabody has proven that a new wave of M&A action is right here in the energy sector and newhope has to act fast before is too late, coz all the bulk commodities price are looking very bullish atm. however i do have a lot of confidence in the management team, they have played very well in the Arrow and Dart game turning 119m into 679m in just a few years plus remain the biggest shareholder in Dart and there still time for a higher bid to come (not a done deal until mid July just look at what happen with MCC and GCL), so lets hope for the best.

By the way Mr milner is giving us a strong buy signal by acquiring another 50000 NHC shares on the market last week and i have noticed the volume increase lately. so be patient guys, maybe good news just around the corner, but i just cannot be sure is it gonna be about the new contract price or the acquisition.
