as a minimum - the directors need to communicate to the market - they have being telling shareholders and potential shareholders the potential of the assets on the books in various reports / presentations and annual reports over the last few years (all available on their website) - Now is the time for them to back up what they have been telling us for years and categorially reject the price as an opportunistic lowball offer !!!!!!!!!!!!!

If the broker report highlightged a significantly higher potential updside for this shares price - then maybe the directors need to read the report - and communicate to the market
