gdaf, I would expect ADI directors to give their recommendation on the fair value based on Hartley's input.

I would anticipate Rancho results should come in time to be taken into consideration.

However the much discussed Hilcorp acceleration may not be able to be taken into account as these plans may take longer to be finalised...

If I were an ADI director I would be making a few calls to Hilcorp to get any 'acceleration' programme locked in quickly as it would add considerable numbers to any 'fair' valuation.
