If the Directors come out and suggest shareholders reject the offer (which I dearly hope they do!), then they'll have to release information stating why they believe this undervalues our company. We may see flow rates and projected cashflows etc to support why its undervalued and force AWE to lift the offer (considerably.

I'm gutted that this has happened now, however the SP has been undervalued for some time so this is just oppotunistic for AWE.
