Pericoach is a novel and tranformative product and even if Alt was the subject of a cheap takeover bid I don't believe that the net tangible asset buyout price could be less than the current share price.
Add to that that Michael Monsour is participating for 1 million dollars at 0.003 cents + a new cornerstone investor is putting in half a million in the kitty, to my mind, means its got to be a reasonable punt in the short term to medium term.
All in my opinion only.
