    The property values will reflate to pre crisis level imo if the European economies get going again and that would be NTA over $1/share. No reason why not, valuations were reasonable, 7-8% cap rate or so? The issue is the dilution that may need to occur to recapitalise, so nta will end up lower. Depends if the banks want to screw them or not.
