European residential property markets are starting to show some sign of reversal in trend. Check out The Times property section (London Times), to see all the commentary of late. They are starting to bargain hunt around Spain, France and Italy etc. again. European prices are still staggering. Very few could afford to buy into the swish ski resorts for a holiday pad, for example. This isnt the commercial market, but it gives some indication of some change in wind direction. Its not coming over the sewage farm any more.
