The proposed takeover at $2.20 is a joke based on brokers average reccomendations.Surely market forces rule and as API was not trading much below $2.25 before its trading halt and on relisting regained quickly to the $2.05 mark before take over speculation then if Sigma was fair dinkum on a premium take over of 33.5% this would eqaute to price range of $2.75 to $3.00 which i beleive would be more credidble. However Sigma has got the ball rolling and who knows who will be next to bid perhaps even Wal Mart from the US may be interested.
