Thumbs up from me TJ. I dont think u are sprouting BS.
My gut feel is that due diligence is possibly being done and prob near completion and like many things DD takes time and u can never predict when something is complete before it can be anounced. Eg Im aware of a potential sale of a part of the business for a large public aust organisation (in a different industry to oil and gas) that is also in DD and news wont be official until the DD is finalised. I will state that due to my connection i wont buy shares in the company and haven't even told family and friends....not worth the risk
