    Just trying to work out Ivanhoes motives in supporting this low ball offer.

    Can anyone tell me what IVAs commitments are to EXS for funding exploration?

    I would assume that if these commitments are significant then a change of control at EXS may enable IVA to walk away from them (and hence their motive).
