Surprised that the AFR Journo didn't dig deep enough on EIG.

Earlier this year in February, EIG got onboard Senex as a large shareholder.
Not sure why STO didn't update the bourse in mid August about the initial offer. Shareholders had to wake up to a front page story in the AFR this morning. Mayb they were just busy with their Aug Half yearly report at the time. Anyways the shareprice crawled out from around $3.25 in mid-Aug to $4.95 today.
Surprised that the AFR Journo didn't dig deep enough on EIG....
