The timing is super suspicious...first the offer was "presented" at the mid August when the price was going down and it sudenly turned from dead cats bounce to strong recovery run until yesterday when price had large slide again...and the offer got "leaked".
There were a lot of parties involved who knew that its guaranteed profit up to $4.55
Board's integrity should be questioned.
