$5.30 wont be accepted by anyone that has a large parcel or has followed this company for a while, including the large fund managers.
I believe a share price in the mid to high $6 range might just about do it though.
I see a counter offer coming and the share price working its way up to this level.
Either way, great to see that Santos is been seen as a very undervalued stock.
