Unlikely to be a capital raising. Oil is making its way north. Trouble in middle east. Revenue is starting to pour in, debt under control and will be paid off faster then stated. This ship is very, very, very slowly turning about. $7 easily well before the end of calender 2018.
A capital raising would only be done to pay down debt and I feel that is under control.
