However, the proposed $5.30 price per the article is an absolute joke. It will need to be well north of that to be successful. STO at current oil prices and AUD is throwing off large cash flows and these are set to rise significantly further as oil price further improves and current operations (LNG) mature. Shareholders will not be passing control for a $5.30 price when they are on the cusp of a stock that could be punching close to $7 within next 12 months.
