Will be interesting to see if we get a substantial holder notice soon. Pretty obvious that there has been consistent buying between the initial approach and the leak to the media - with accelerated volumes since the 16th. If Harbour were interested they would be smart to accumulate as the luster wears off, and then pounce at the point that they are forced to disclose historical buying.
