Great, thanks for the info pear. I will check it out and send an email through. I think this really sucks, I want full disclosure too. I understand sometimes offers are not taken seriously, or there may be confidentiality issues, but in this case neither applies. In retrospect this was a serious offer they should have disclosed. I think a class action is not out of the question, for all of those trading uninformed from mid-August until this week when the market was finally informed. The delay is unjustifiable imo. It's not like we haven't suffered enough at the hands of this board anyway.
