    IMO it is an opportunistic bid while VEI is headless. It is critical that a seasoned corporate CEO is in place immediately to ensure the best interests of shareholders. Otherwise it is a one sided transaction. Also in my opinion, this is a company worth waiting to see what the next CEO can achieve, so much potential there, and silly to give it away to someone else.
