Sometimes it is best to reassess your shares and decide if they are worth keeping. I know that KMN have proven reserves but have essentially run out of cash. It remains to be seen just how many will take up their offer and by shares at 7.2 so as to raise more capital.
I have sold out completely but will be watching closely in case they just happen to get it together and the shares start to show some signs of recovery. I too should have jumped ship long ago but it's the old story, emotion took over and that is something we learn not to do in this market.
