    I don't get this profit guidance ann. What is the relevance of it unless there is some doubt about the t/o?
    And there is no reference to it in the ann other than to scheme costs expensed, although the t/o is not the subject of the ann you would have expected some reference to it.
    I haven't received any paperwork on the t/o yet, has anybody received anything?
