GWA has traded higher since the offer was made so the market must see it that GWA is getting a good deal.The net assets on QTG is 4.4c at 31/12/11.QTG wrote off $4 odd million goodwill on the API purchase this equates to 2c per share.So to me GWA is getting a good deal its a case of the vote and also if another offer comes out of the woodwork.Also Helmsman has given a call option on only half of their shares.
