whereas if you buy from Administrator/Receiver (which is where she's heading) do a DOA to the Creditors, pay them 5 cents in the dollar wipe the rest of the slate clean and start importing all your hoses and taps from China, boom, bang, Bobs your Uncle and off she goes.
