I would very much doubt it is shareholder who is not already on the register, unless it is a Chinese company who is starting to take a position in the company. Why would anyone sell 30million shares at 8.6cents? Unless there is a side deal. My guess Washington H Soul Pattinson, this would give them approx. 39% share of the company with the option of acquiring the whole company very cheaply. They certainly would not rush to tell the market, which give them a little more time to get their plan together. Expect to see some action in the next couple of weeks.
