Not a chance, Ive heard this stuff two or three times a year for the last 10yrs. Every time the poster says its different this time, every time i say Ive heard it all before. Very unlikely, maybe not impossible but i cant see it.

If anyone wanted to take it over it would have been when they plumbed the lows during the GFC
