    Just out of interest does anyone know when or how long the decision may or can take?

    if they come back in the negative for fmsu ( can't see how this could possible happen FYI)I wouldn't imagine with the date being the 16 Jan it wouldn't leave us with much time for stage 2 options to stop the vote
