I agree and this may explain why mgmt (ADI) have been quite over the last few months working behind the scences getting this deal of the ground. Now that the play is derisked (AWE)would like to help the poor shareholders of ADI and give them a profit (what a crock)the rewards for holding this share have been dealt a huge blow for the ave shareholder and now i would be keeping an eye on the other 2 members of the (AMI)similar thing could happen .
