Bung's view that Smith has moved his majority interest into a different vehicle might be correct. Of Lansom, Edgar, Bilston and Ryan only Bilston is not shown as a director of Malt. The other three are shown as directors from March 2013 which suggests a new company formation. That combined with the fact Becamal still retain 5m shares make this a real possibilty.
