Hi obviously not many people did listen to shareholders conference call where CEO n CFO were breaking things down for more than 30 mins eg JSE Listing financials future prospects etc. I recommend to listen to the replay from 02 October 2013. It clearly been explained when VMR will start buyin - they have time till end of the year but they w8 till JSE listing (ealy nov) to start buyin more news to come in october (refinancing etc) why do they need to held agm? CEO said they will do shareholders calls each Q which is good. Also more directors will leave (number will be reduced). Hope it helps.
