If the odds of winning on one machine are significantly lower than on another machine, punters should be made aware of this - that is what the case actually is by my reading. I think they have cherrypicked a case very well, sadly for ALL and CWN. I don't think you have looked at what the case actually is, and got distracted by the story - which I agree looks very irresponsible bahaviour by that individual. It is more about jumping into the swimming pool with the pool owner (prankster) making no attempt to inform anybody that there is green ink in there, and you come out with an un-nerving slight green tinge that takes a few months to go away. lol
