Looks like CWN saw the writing on the wall and decided it was best to exit china now rather than be "forced to" in 12 months time with an adverse finding by Chinese Govt which would also put at risk the Japan bid.
Hopefully CWN will make a bid for Japan but from what i see any bids need to be in the US$5 billion plus range. Financing it?
Good to see the share price holding well and management getting on top of things.
Sad to see the china assets go, but i thought it would happen. Alon was a little bit of a surprise.
Interesting to see what CWN does with ASF consortium on the GC now. Will ASF want a new partner like Sands/Wynn/MGM?
