    A 10% lift this morning, seemingly based on the non market sensitive announcement that Van Eck has bought and sold some shares. I can't quite understand this. Seems like their holding hasn't changed much but the percentage control of the company has reduced to reflect the Remarco transaction. Anyone want to shed some light?
