What is the FIT in the Netherlands and how would it compare to the FIT as shown in the Madeley document?

Years ago there would have only been a Central power plant (coal, nuclear or hydro) with some offices, commercial sites and industries having backup diesel generators.
You would have to think that distributed generation opens up many new areas for investment, including CFU.
This must also be on the agenda for established utilities faced with the loss of market share arising from the growth of distributed generation.
