KATE costs about 1million to drill- peanuts, not the massive investment a deepwater offshore drill would require.
Reward is huge and anyone who requires others to tell them when or when not to buy should not be investing. Others advice is to benefit their own agenda-ie buy recommnedations from holders and negative from those selling or already sold....
