I too am down a lot on this stock however I have kept the faith and kept buying to average down.

Think about this, we should get PPA before the end of January and project funding should follow quickly, if so the price will rise substantially, investors who hold PAXO will exercise their options bringing in further cash, if there is enough of a rise PAXOA's may also be exercised, the interim funding will not be required.

As FB stated it is just prudent to have a safety net.
