I was wondering when we were going to get a more realistic assessment of the pawn shop deal because basically that is what it is, vultures is a fairly good description too, the other one that is similar is the practice of 'Factoring'.

The terms are interesting in the 6 month period clause, no doubt at least a few episodes will occur, it's not all bad but any positives are absolutely tied to progress and pre-dilute that progress from where we are now and make bringing in more substantial backers that much more difficult and will tend to flatten any sp movements also.

If and when Kerry and the Bakries put some real skin in the game the outcome will be more assured, until then the percentage players will continue to play hi-jinx with it. Note the word real rather than token.
