If you are able to sleep at night because KP has done a deal with the devil so they can buy shares at a 19% discount and then immediately sell them on market, then you need some drugs.
If there was some commitment from the vultures, i.e. escrow, minimum holding or so on, otherwise hardly a vote of confidence.
